Structural Technician

Madsen Pest Management is hiring a structural technician with excellent customer service and problem solving skills to provide timely and thorough pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to customers throughout the region. Structural technicians enjoy working independently and in a variety of environments. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work in a variety of environments including inside, outside, hot and cold, as well as small spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
  • Utilize pest management techniques and proper application of pesticides
  • Effectively communicate pest elimination and prevention solutions to customers
  • Complete required documentation regarding services performed

Required: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch and climb for long periods of time
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Marketing/Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing/Customer Service Specialist who can efficiently oversee our social media and marketing initiatives, while also helping manage daily office operations.

The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for engaging and growing online communities. This role requires a blend of digital marketing savvy and administrative expertise.

Required:

  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
