Hello, my name is Shawn. I am the owner and founder of Madsen Pest Management, LLC (MPM). With my experience in pest management I have developed a deep passion for assisting individuals with all of their pest control needs. I am excited to work with you in identifying and eliminating your pest problem and am focused on providing a pest-free environment. When I am not fighting off those annoying pests, I enjoy spending time with my family—I am a husband and father of three. I also entertain myself with fishing, hunting, boating, snowmobiling and enjoying the outdoors.

Hello, my name is Chaz. I am the co-owner of Madsen Pest Management, LLC (MPM). I am a hardworking, down-to-earth guy who takes the time to know customers on a more personal level. During my many years in customer service I have found it rewarding to serve individuals and their specific needs. I really enjoy my work and take pride in doing the best job possible. On my days off I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and appreciate a day spent hunting, fishing, or participating in athletics.

Hi, my name is Wendy. I am excited to be a part of the Madsen Pest Management team. I have worked in customer service for many years and thoroughly enjoy helping people. I look forward to taking your call to assist with our services, scheduling, payments and anything else you may need! I always love spending time with family and friends. A good book, movie or a spontaneous road trip are also things I enjoy. If I could have only one hobby it would be fishing from boat or on the ice!

Hi, I’m Annie, the Marketing Coordinator and Receptionist at Madsen Pest Management. I handle phone calls and emails, and I also create the social media content for Madsen Pest. I love photography and digital art, and in my free time, you’ll usually find me camping, spending time with family and friends, or getting lost in a good book. I’m so excited to be here and be part of such an amazing team—I can’t wait to connect with everyone!

My name is Zach Christians, and I am married and have two amazing boys. We share our home with our Great Pyrenees mix named Annie. I grew up in Dubuque, IA, along the Mississippi River, so I am a Midwest kid at heart. A random fact about me is that I've served 21 years in full-time pastoral ministry before coming to Madsen Pest Management. There are many things I enjoy about working at MPM, but two things in particular are helping to restore and maintain what I call the "created order" and being there for people to help them in their time of need. Outside of work, you can find me hunting, fishing, attending car shows, and cheering on the Packers.

I’m also a certified personal trainer, and I genuinely enjoy working with people and helping them feel their best.

Hello, my name is Ashley. I’m married with three amazing kids, and when I’m not spending time with my family, you’ll probably find me outdoors. I love hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, and hunting—pretty much anything that gets me outside. I also have a small hobby farm that keeps me busy in the best way. In addition to my day-to-day, I serve as a firefighter, first responder, and EMT, which allows me to give back to my community in a meaningful way.
